Create New Student Profile

Once your profile has been created, please contact the registrar's office if you need to correct your date of birth at webreg@csmd.edu. All other changes can be submitted through the Online Demographic Change Form. 

NOTE: This site is NOT for third party registrations. The student must create their own profile. Please do not create a profile for someone else.

Username: minimum 6 characters
Password: minimum 12 characters, must contain a number and any two of the following three: upper case, lower case, special characters (for example: (){}!@$%^&*)
