Welding, Is It for You?

In this condensed and basic introduction to welding, the student will examine the principles of welding safety, safe and proper set up and use of welding equipment, and the use of proper protective equipment (PPE) when welding. Novices will acquire the basic techniques in SMAW, GMAW, and GTAW processes and will practice each process under a certified trainer. Basic welding gear and tools will be provided.
