Maryland Home Improvement Contractor Exam Prep

Do you have at least two years of trade experience employed in performing home improvements, commercial or residential construction, repairs or renovations? Have you participated in a community service or charitable building or renovation program, or performing repairs that require a building permit for your own home or a family member's home? Then, this is your opportunity to be your own boss as a licensed Maryland Home Improvement Contractor (MHIC)!  Our MHIC instructor will help you reach your goals by reviewing licensing requirements, prepping you for the MHIC Exam content including laws and regulations, bidding and estimating, managing employees, tax information and starting a home improvement business. Attend your first and last class in-person and the other classes online with a live instructor. Textbook required.
