This certification is mandatory for anyone working with CFC (chlorofluorocarbons) refrigerant. Participants will review the requirements of the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) in 40 CFR Part 82 - Protection of Stratospheric Ozone. Information for certification according to EPA regulations as a Type I, II, and III (Universal) Refrigeration Technician will be covered. At the conclusion of the lecture, students will take the CFC Exam. Textbook provided.
