This immersive course provides a comprehensive introduction to the principles and practices of design thinking, an innovative problem-solving approach used by leading organizations worldwide. Participants will learn to empathize with users, define problems, generate creative solutions, and prototype and test their ideas through a series of hands-on activities and collaborative exercises.  Throughout the course, participants will explore the five stages of design thinking—Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, and Test—by working on real-world challenges. By the end of the session, they will have developed practical skills to apply design thinking in their own contexts, fostering user-centered innovation and creative problem-solving.
