A well-pulled espresso and a properly steamed milk foam are skills, not magic, and this class teaches both. Designed for beginners and coffee lovers alike, the course covers brewing hot and cold coffee using affordable, accessible techniques, making simple syrup and caramel sauce, whipping fresh cream, and frothing milk. A guided tasting flight builds appreciation for well-selected beans while exploring coffee's history, and students practice kitchen fundamentals like following recipes, sanitation, and time management along the way.
