Topics that will be covered include techniques for generating ideas, screenplay structure and format, conflict, characterization, dialogue, and how to analyze your own work as a screenwriter. Learn how to write a logline, synopsis, treatment, plot outline, character development, and script. Class is designed for writers of every skill level and interest. When you finish with this course, you'll have already started writing your own script! Students will need one notebook, pen/pencils, and a flash drive to use during class.
