In this course, you will discover how trauma shapes the way your brain, nervous system, behaviors, and relationships function. You will explore how the body adapts through fight, flight, and freeze responses and learn to recognize how these patterns show up in your own life as well as in the lives of others. As your awareness grows, you will begin to identify survival-based patterns while building deeper emotional literacy and self-understanding. You will also learn simple, practical nervous system regulation practices that support a shift from chronic survival toward greater safety, connection, and relational resilience. This course is taught by a Certified Trauma Support Specialist and offers a compassionate, accessible foundation for understanding trauma and supporting meaningful change.
