In this course, students will be introduced to agribusiness through several modalities. This base knowledge is integral to becoming a well-rounded agri-entrepreneur. Students will learn the history of agriculture and agribusiness in the United States and explore the connections between politics, economics, and agriculture through interactive activities. Students will also analyze food systems, supply chains, and the components of a successful local business.
