ESL Assessment

ESL Assessment class is designed to acclimate new students to the process and policies of the Adult Basic Education English as a Second Language program.  The purpose of the assessment is for the placement of English language learners into courses to receive appropriate and targeted levels of instruction.  This class is the first step and mandatory for all students to enroll in the ESL program at CSM.  Students must be 18 years of age, have an email address, and be a Maryland resident.  Please bring proof of MD residency such as photo ID or a bill showing your Maryland address to your assessment class.
