High School Beginning French: Sensory & Conversational Foundations

Course number : HSC-9440    ID : 13466

« back to classes page
This beginning French course introduces high school students to fundamental vocabulary, essential grammar structures, and basic conversational patterns. Instead of relying on dense, text-heavy translation drills, this curriculum prioritizes an activity-based and hands-on learning methodology. Students will engage with the language through movement, sensory experiences, visual mapping, and live dialogue.

Because this class meets only once per week for one hour, the face-to-face lesson is hyper-focused on oral production, pronunciation coaching, and active language immersion. Daily independent home assignments reinforce grammar, listening comprehension, and written accuracy.
