• An internet connection - broadband wired or wireless (3G or 4G/LTE)
• Computer (or tablet)
• Speakers and a microphone - built-in or USB plug-in or wireless Bluetooth or telephone access
• A webcam or HD webcam - built-in or USB plug-in or an HD cam or HD camcorder with video capture card

Keep in Mind:

• All students in virtual classes are required to have a camera and a microphone. If you do not have a camera and microphone, you will not be allowed to remain in the class.
• Refunds will not be issued for failure to meet technology requirements. It is the student's responsibility to ensure you meet the technology requirements before registering.
• Your exam and course survey will be given virtually during the class through Jotform, an online application. Please make sure you can access JotForm prior to your course: JotForm.com
• You must take your exam in the designated time frame to ensure you get credit for the class.
• You will get your final grade, certificate, and TRE information instantly and via email after completing your exam.
