All students in virtual classes are required to have a camera and a microphone. If you do not have a camera and microphone, you will not be allowed to remain in the class.
Refunds will not be issued for failure to meet technology requirements. Students are responsible for ensuring they meet the technology requirements before registering.
Your exam and course survey will be given virtually during the class through JotForm, an online application. Please make sure you can access JotForm prior to your course: JotForm.com
You must take your exam in the designated time frame to ensure you get credit for the class.
You will receive your final grade, certificate, and TRE information via email.
