Get ready to move, learn, and explore! In Exercise Anatomy, students will discover how their bodies work during exercise through fun games, movement challenges, and hands-on activities. Young learners will be introduced to muscles, bones, the heart, lungs, and other important body parts that help us run, jump, climb, and play.

Students will learn how exercise keeps the body healthy and strong while exploring topics such as balance, flexibility, coordination, and fitness. This engaging class combines science and physical activity to help children develop a greater appreciation for their growing bodies and the importance of staying active.
