American Heart Association Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers

This course is designed for the healthcare professional and other personnel who need to know how to perform single rescuer and team based basic life support (BLS) skills on victims of all ages. Foreign body airway obstruction, ventilating with a bag valve mask and use of an automated external defibrillator (AED) will be practiced. Participants who successfully complete the written examination and skills evaluations will receive a course completion card valid for two years. Textbook provided.
