"Sun" style tai chi is a modern martial art form practiced for health and fitness. Sun tai chi combines balanced physical movement with mental awareness and softness. Sun style is a more upright form characterized by the agile stepping of advance step and retreat step. Sun tai chi's slow graceful movements are the foundation of such popular programs as: Tai Chi for Arthritis, Fall Prevention, Diabetes and Stress Reduction. Class includes: Sun 30 form, Sun 42 form, Sun 73 Competition form and the Traditional Sun 98 form.
