Acrylics are popular because they are vibrant and dry quickly. Work from still life, interior space, and people or animals to develop a basic understanding of painting three-dimensional space and form. Basic compositional elements will be discussed and reviewed. The uses of shape, value, and color will be emphasized. You will need to purchase class supplies. An email will be sent one week prior to class start date with the supply list. This course is designed for beginning and intermediate students. Experience with basic drawing concepts are recommended.
