Watercolor Journal Sketching

Whether you are traveling, enjoying a coffee break, or waiting until your child returns from school, keep a record of your days with a watercolor sketch journal. In this class, you will learn how to create a simple journal, one that will hold your precious memories. Together, we will learn that the more that we sketch the easier it will be to capture a glimpse of everyday life. In each session, we will have brief art talks and watercolor sessions to encourage growth in sketching techniques. The material list needed to be purchased by the student is as follows: a handy size sketchbook (6" X 8" to "7 X 9") traveler's watercolor set, extra watercolor brushes, a pencil w/eraser, smear resistant black pen, two plastic cups, and soft tissues. Please bring these materials with you to the first class. No need to have art experience, all levels are welcome!
