Art of Jamming

Welcome pianists, guitarists, vocalists, and other instrumentalists who would like to meet new friends and play basic music together. In this beginner-friendly course, special emphasis is given to jamming (improvising) with other players who possess varying levels of talent and style. Simpler musical structures, such as three-chord blues, are used to start and build from. Instruction can involve both acoustic and electric instruments. Students are required to bring their own instruments to class. Music will also need to be purchased by the student. An email will be sent prior to the start of class with the information needed to purchase.
