Beginner Acoustic Guitar

This course introduces students to the fundamentals of acoustic guitar through hands-on instruction in basic techniques, chords, rhythm, and music reading. Students develop foundational performance skills while exploring musical styles, practice habits, and creative expression through individual and group activities. Emphasis is placed on technique, musicianship, and building confidence in playing the acoustic guitar. Each student must provide his/her own acoustic guitar and bring it to class. Book will be provided and is included in the cost of the class.
