For the first time, there are four generations working together in the workplace. To achieve true collaboration at work you need a foundation that helps you understand and promotes your value for the differences and similarities among those who are from different generations than yours. This class will highlight where each of the four generations are coming from, describe some of the conflicts between generations, and suggest how to overcome these generational differences.
