This fun, informative class will teach students basic massage techniques to be used with a partner. Learn how to give a 15-minute massage session that can help relax, ease sore muscles, and improve circulation, without causing stress and tension in one’s own body. Participants will have ample time to practice on one another using various massage techniques and body mechanics and positions to make the process easier for the giver, and more enjoyable for the receiver. Each participant will receive a bottle of natural massage oil to use in class and take home with them.
