Medicine Aide Update Course

Medicine Aide Update course is designed for students currently certified and are required by the Maryland Board of Nursing to successfully complete a Medicine Aide Update course every two years to renew their certification. Review of preparation, administration, and charting of non-parenteral medications and CDC guidelines for personal protective equipment (PPE) and infection control will be covered. Students must bring a letter of "good standing," signed by their director of nursing to the class and on facility letterhead.
