Cookbook author and chef Shaniqua Cousins will share the benefits of a home cooked meal, beyond the nutritional values. More than cooking, this class is about making a connection over a wholesome meal. Students will also receive an autographed copy of Shaniqua Cousins' "Flavored with Love" cookbook and two bottles of Flavored with Love Extra Virgin Olive Oil; minimally processed, nutrient-dense, and better for you. This is a demonstration cooking class with student participation.
