Medical Administrative Assistant (CMAA)
Medical administrative assistants play a vital role in keeping healthcare offices running smoothly. Responsibilities include welcoming patients, scheduling appointments, managing calls, and processing insurance claims. Graduates are prepared to support healthcare teams and deliver quality patient service in hospitals, urgent care centers, and physician offices.
Upon completion, students are eligible to sit for the Certified Medical Administrative Assistant (CMAA) exam through the National Healthcareer Association (NHA).

Certified Electronic Health Records Specialist (CEHRS)
The Certified Electronic Health Records Specialist (CEHRS) prepares students to manage and maintain electronic health record (EHR) systems. Students gain foundational knowledge in health information technology, including documentation, data management, coding, insurance concepts, and information privacy. Emphasis is placed on how technology supports clinical and administrative processes to ensure accurate and efficient patient care.
Upon completion, students are eligible to sit for the Certified Electronic Health Records Specialist (CEHRS) exam through the National Healthcareer Association (NHA). This program includes both in-person and online learning requirements.
