Basic Acoustic Guitar

For the true beginner! This class is for anyone who has an acoustic guitar in the closet that they have always wanted to learn how to play but did not know where to start. You will learn how to tune, pick, properly hold and play your guitar. Basic music, note, and chord reading as well as picking and strumming will be addressed. The class will culminate with playing a simple song using chords. Each student must provide his/her own acoustic guitar and bring it to class. Book will be provided and is included in the cost of the class.
